The room includes good air conditioning and a modern bathroom. I found the bed very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Location provides easy access to local restaurants and attractions. Hotel offers convenient parking next to the building.
I noted a slight noise from nearby street activity, though it did not bother my sleep significantly.

perfect stay close to everything
center location metro station attentive staff clean linen
the location worked so well for my travel needs. the hotel is very close to the center, including the bus and metro stations. the staff was very attentive and expedited my check-in. i found very clean linens in my room.
the wifi was sometimes temperamental , especially on the upper floors.

amazing experience, definitely coming back!
double room building wifi eighth floor
Our double room was fantastic. It felt huge! we were on the eighth floor. it's true, wifi was a little spotty up there. but! it worked well in the rest of the building and didn't bother us at all.
the noise insulation in the room wasn't ideal. the first night. i found it difficult to sleep because the traffic noise was quite noticeable.

clean bedroom spacious room
i really appreciated the clean and beautifully decorated bedroom. it was also very spacious and included a balcony. bathroom towels were replaced daily!

the room was large and the bathroom included everything i needed. we stayed during the marathon , an event the hotel embraced with enthusiasm.
the hotel lacked empathy when i needed assistance with a sunburn.

solid stay near the park
central location gluten-free options fresh towels thorough service
The location is close to the park and just a short walk to the metro. i found many dining options and shops nearby. the breakfast offered good gluten-free choices. I just had to ask. the cleaning service was thorough, i noticed they replaced toilet amenities and provided fresh towels daily.
Noise from outside was quite noticeable. I could hear traffic clearly from my room.

adequate stay at this hotel
spacious rooms strong air conditioning large bathroom lack empathy dismissive staff poor customer service
the room was spacious. it included air conditioning that was strong enough for me. i had a large bathroom i could easily move around in. it had large beds pushed together.
the reception staff showed a shocking lack of empathy. a receptionist dismissed me and said she was too busy. this makes me think that customer care or human decency aren't valued here. i would probably not stay here again.
